No, you will never be asked to pay. At Baker Thornton, all fees are covered by the hiring firm, ensuring your journey to a new role remains focused on your ambitions, not your finances. Will you share my CV without permission? Your privacy matters deeply to us. We will only share your details with a firm when you’ve given us your clear, personal consent. I'm currently employed.
