This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced employment tax professional who wants to work in a **specialist, client-facing environment**, with access to a broad mix of **compliance and advisory work** across a varied portfolio of clients and sectors. The role would suit someone who enjoys combining **technical depth**, **commercial input**, and **team leadership**, while remaining close to clients and high-quality work. You’ll join a collaborative team known for its technical strength, relationship-led approach, and supportive culture. There is genuine scope to build your profile internally, take ownership of key client relationships, and play a visible role in the continued growth of the team. ### The opportunity In this role, you’ll take a lead position in delivering employment tax services to a portfolio of clients, acting as a key adviser on both ongoing compliance matters and more complex advisory projects. You’ll be a trusted point of contact for clients, contributing commercially as well as technically, and helping to develop junior talent within the team.
