Do I need to already be in practice to use this?

No. We work with both people already in practice and those who want to move into practice from industry or other backgrounds. The service is just tailored differently depending on your starting point.

I’m a trainee / junior – is this overkill for me?

If you’re serious about building a practice career (e.g. up to Senior or Manager), getting your CV right early helps you secure the right training and exposure. The entry package is designed to be accessible for trainees and juniors.

I’m a manager looking at partner track – can you help at that level?

Yes. We focus heavily on the metrics partners care about: portfolio fees, charge‑out rates, recovery, staff you manage, new work you’ve won, and advisory engagements. That’s reflected in the Partner‑Track & Practice Move Pack.

How long does it take?

Typically 7 working days from when we have our initial Teams call and you complete the intake form and send your current CV. If we’re at capacity, we’ll tell you before you pay.

What if I don’t know exactly what role I want next?

That’s common. In the intake form, we ask about the type of work you enjoy (accounts, audit, tax, advisory, outsourcing) and your long‑term goals. We then position your CV to keep options open while still being clear. 

Will you also submit me for roles in practice?

This Career Package service is separate from recruitment. However, where appropriate and with your permission, we may keep you in mind for practice roles we’re recruiting for. There’s no guarantee of representation or placement.
